It could indicate where you company is located or geographical location

It would not hurt to indicate where you company is operating from incase the service or product is location sensitive or incase the company operates in different regions

Legally it is wrong to have a name that is the same as or reasonably close for an ordinary person to be confused and as such one should first search at the registrar of companies or business names first. A unique name is also good because it enable one to build a unique brand

You should indicate whether a business is a limited company by adding the words ltd or plc or whether it is a holding company formed just to manage other firms. It is illegal in some companies not to do so.

 

Ease in coming up with a trademark or logo

You should take in consideration that you would need to create a logo latter on so it would be better to have that in mind. A complex name could make it hard to come up with a logo of trademark
