We know how difficult it is toestablish a schedule that we can really follow, but when it comes to the needsof our babies, it is important that we follow a certain schedule so that theireating and sleeping times are not confusing to him. If you're looking for aschedule that's not only advantageous to your baby, but also to you as a mom,try considering below!5:30am: As early as 5:30, your baby should be hungry bythis time, needing about 4 ounces. Since he still needs a lot of rest, afterconsuming all his bottle, he'll probably fall asleep, giving you more time tosleep. 8:30 to 9:30 am: After a few hours of sleep, he'll probably wake uphungry again. You'll have to feed him another bottle. 9 to 11:30am: It is veryhelpful that you establish your bond between you and your child, so this shouldbe the right time to play with him, hold him, and cradling him around yourarms. This will help him identify that daytime is for playing while nighttimeis for sleeping. 12:00pm: Around noon, you'll be eating your lunch and at thesame time, feeding your child. He'll probably fall asleep right after consumingthe last drop. 5:00pm: After a few of hours of sleep, around this time, he'llbe crying for a bottle again. After drinking up all the milk, he's ready toplay for a few hours, giving you another time to build a relationship with yourlittle one.7:30 to 8:30pm: Assuming everyone's home from work, this should bethe right time to eat dinner as a family. On the other hand, feeding your babyshould be necessary by now. After a drink or two, he'll go back to sleeping, giving you time to do undone chores. ________________
