Could anybody give a breakdown of these costs. It seems to be too good to be true. at 350,000, I should own mine in less than 3 years.

the cost of this house is anything between 350,000 and 500,000kshs depending on the availability of raw materials, cost of labor and other logistical costs....in rural areas the cost of may be lower for unskilled labor and licences
